n UPCOMING :

PHASE TWO of Library Improvement unfolds like a fast paced plot: between now and December 1, 2007 we will be re-carpeting and refurnishing a large portion of the Main Level of the Library.  Patrons may be temporarily redirected to computers or furniture while certain Departments are being sequentially carpeted. In late November please expect that you will be able to check your materials out at other Public Desks while the Circulation Desk area is being carpeted! And for a stunning preview of what awaits you (albeit the color scheme and furnishings will still be a surprise) browse through the newly finished Fine Arts area and stop by at Aesops Tables for a steaming cup of hot chocolate, coffee, or tea!

n THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
at Annual Town Meeting
for the Library's FY2008 Operating Budget and Capital Budget request. Your support ensures that we will offer Sunday Hours in 2008 AND that the Library Beautification Project will proceed with Phase 2! Look for fresh painting, carpeting and new furnishings to appear in the Main Level Reference, Browsing Rooms and Circulation Area. Thank you for your vote of support!
