Information Services is the starting point for conducting and exploring research in all subject areas. The J.V. Fletcher Library's reference collection covers a wide range of subject areas including consumer information, business information (Value Line, Morningstar, Thomas Register, Standard and Poor’s), medical information, maps and atlases, encyclopedias, college and university catalogs, job search resources, historical resources, Fine Arts resources and much more.

The collection also contains copies of the town charter and bylaws, agendas and minutes of town committees, town reports, school reports, histories of Westford and the Westford Knight collection.

In addition, the Information department offers Internet access (with printers), Interlibrary Loan, print/online Serials Holdings (including newspapers), and electronic periodical databases (many of which have full-text and images available).
